Corentin Fila starred in the 2016 gay French romance film Being 17, and now he’s back in a new series titled La Maison.

Set in the world of high-end French couture, the series is a family drama set in the Paris fashion world. According to Apple TV+, the platform where La Maison will stream,

Apple TV+ released the trailer, which teases a battle for control as a family business is thrown for a loop when its star designer, Vincent Ledu, leaves it.

The family brings in another designer to take Ledu’s place to save Maison LEDU.

However, Diane Rovel of a powerful luxury brand, Rovel, sets her sights on acquiring the business come rain or sunshine. What no one knows is that she has ulterior motives.

Behind the Closed Doors of La Maison

The series offers a behind-the-curtains look into a family empire in crisis.

It blows open the secret lives of the world’s uber-rich fashionistas and the vices that drive them.

The house is on the verge of falling from deceit and betrayal to competitiveness and rivalry.

La Maison will reveal the lives of the characters and what motivates them.

The series stars Lambert Wilson as Vincent Ledu, Amira Casar as Perle Foster, Zita Hanort as Paloma Castel, Carole Bouquet as Diane Rovel, Pierre Deladonchamps, Antoine Reinartz, Anne Consigny, Florence Loiret Caille, Ji-Min Park, and Fila.

Details about Fila’s character are not yet out, but based on the trailer, there is some gay stuff.

The 10-episode original series will debut globally, with the first two episodes on Friday, September 20, 2024, on Apple TV+. It will then air one episode weekly on Fridays through November 15, 2024.
